The place is envisioned as a place for gathering, a place where all the festivals are imagined to take place and celebrations are planned together. Given the fact that there is a lifestyle difference among the various generations, the house is designed in a manner that accommodates the close-knitted family, while giving them the option to do things independently, without infringing on each others privacy
